Information we process

Trak processes account identifiers, email address, optional profile name, financial entries, categories, recurring plans, loans, group memberships, invitations, settlements, notification preferences, device information, and push-notification tokens.

Purpose

We use this information only to provide account access, synchronize financial records, calculate group balances, operate loans and recurring plans, prevent abuse, and deliver requested notifications.

Service providers

Trak uses Firebase for authentication and messaging, Vercel for API hosting, and a managed PostgreSQL provider for application data. These providers process data on our behalf under their applicable terms.

You can sign in with email and password, with Google, or with Apple. With Sign in with Apple you may choose “Hide My Email”; Trak then only receives the private relay address Apple creates for you. Deleting your account also revokes the Apple or Google authorization.

Security and retention

Traffic uses HTTPS. Access tokens are verified by the server. Data is retained while the account is active and removed or anonymized following an account-deletion request, except where limited retention is required for security, legal obligations, or other members’ shared accounting records.

Your choices

You may edit profile information, disable notifications, export data when that feature is available, or delete your account in Settings. See the account-deletion page.

Trak traite les identifiants du compte, l’adresse e-mail, le nom de profil facultatif, les opérations financières, catégories, plans récurrents, prêts, groupes, invitations, règlements, préférences de notification, informations sur l’appareil et jetons de notification afin de fournir et sécuriser le service. Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte depuis les Réglages. Les données privées sont supprimées et les éléments comptables partagés indispensables aux autres membres sont anonymisés.
